
Nexa Showroom - Commercial Building Project | Kishangarh
Nexa Showroom is a commercial project we completed in Kishangarh for an automotive dealership. It's around 4,000 sq. ft., and the brief was straightforward on paper but tricky in practice: build something that looks and functions like a showroom, not a warehouse.
A showroom isn't built like a factory. You need a frontage that pulls people in, open floor space for the vehicles on display, good natural light, room for customers to move around comfortably, and a finish that still looks good five years from now. We went with a steel structure system for this one it gave us an efficient frame to work with and left us more room to plan the interior the way we wanted, without load-bearing walls getting in the way.
More Than a Covered Commercial Space
For an automotive showroom, the building itself is part of the customer experience. Vehicle display areas need clear open space. Reception, seating, sales desks, and the paths people walk through all have to work together without the floor feeling cramped.
With Nexa, we focused on open internal planning and keeping the exterior clean and uncluttered. The structure gives us flexibility for display and customer areas, and the building envelope handles the weather side of things while tying into the overall look of the place.
